Screed Pump
Our screed pumps and pumping equipment are supplied by leading international screeding machinery manufacturers Putzmeister and Brinkmann. Our preferred model is the Brinkmann Estrich Boy FHS 200/3. Brinkmann Pumps
We have installed the pump on a trailer for easy manoeuvrability where there is limited access on site. This is particularly useful in tight spaces on home renovation jobs.
The Brinkmann Estrich Boy FHS 200/3 is designed to meet all construction site requirements. It is designed to deliver liquid screed, connecting directly to a mixer truck for easy feed.
The pump output varies according to the type of auger pump installed. The 7515 pump working at a maximum grain size of up to 8 mm, conveys up to 15 cubic metres per hour. With the 2L8 auger pump (up to 12 mm grain size) speeds of up to 18 cubic metres per hour are reached.
A powerful 3-cylinder motor drives the pump, achieving challenging pump heights and conveying the screed over long distances. The Brinkmann Estrich Boy FHS equipment meets the demands of our efficient screeding service.
